Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of td7772, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. By creating an account or placing any bet on td7772, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the td7772 platform.
Section 01
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "td7772," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the td7772 online gaming platform accessible at td7772.pro and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the td7772 platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered player account opened and maintained by you on the td7772 platform.
- "Balance" means the funds held in your td7772 account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or wagering incentives credited to your account by td7772 that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
- "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products available on td7772.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including identity verification via CNIC and related documentation as required by td7772's compliance procedures.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
- "Platform" means the td7772 website, mobile web application, and all digital interfaces through which services are delivered to players.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of td7772 is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or td7772's internal compliance policies.
Section 02
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the td7772 platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understood their content.
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions as of the date of your first access or registration, whichever occurs earlier.
- You accept td7772's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not doing so from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and td7772 relating to your use of the platform. td7772 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 of this document.
Section 03
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the td7772 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an account:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. td7772 strictly enforces this age limit and will suspend any account where the player is found to be under 21. No exceptions will be made.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Single Account: You must not hold more than one registered account on td7772. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds may be forfeited.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by td7772 or any other gambling operator — at the time of registration or during the period of your account's activity.
21+ Strictly Enforced
td7772 conducts CNIC-based age and identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, and any deposits made will be returned in accordance with our minor protection protocols. We do not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
Section 04
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of td7772 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to your account:
4.1 Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
- td7772 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of registration information provided.
4.2 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td7772 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
- You must notify td7772 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- td7772 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account.
4.3 KYC Verification
KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. td7772 may request the following documents:
- A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and mobile number).
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested by td7772's compliance team for the purpose of verifying your identity or the source of funds.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by td7772 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending compliance review.
Section 05
Deposits & Payments
td7772 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following terms govern all deposits:
- Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
- Maximum Deposit: Rs 10,00,000 per transaction, subject to payment method limits.
- Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 15–30 minutes.
- Fees: td7772 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
- Source of Funds: You confirm that all deposited funds are your own personal funds and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- Failed Transactions: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not credit to your td7772 balance, you must contact support with transaction evidence within 72 hours.
PKR Native Platform
td7772 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion step, no exchange rate spread, and no dollar-denominated hidden cost on deposits or withdrawals. Your balance on td7772 is PKR — always.
Section 06
Withdrawals
td7772 is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary friction. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
- Maximum Withdrawal: Rs 5,00,000 per day for standard verified accounts.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 1–4 hours during operational hours. VIP account holders receive near-instant processing.
- Verification Requirement: KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. td7772 will not release funds to an unverified account.
- Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, wherever technically possible. td7772 reserves the right to require payment method verification before processing withdrawal requests to a new channel.
- Pending Period: td7772 may place withdrawal requests in a brief security review queue for accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected.
- Bonus Funds: Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance and converted bonus funds that have satisfied wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
Section 07
Bonuses & Promotions
td7772 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless td7772 explicitly permits otherwise.
- Abuse Prevention: td7772 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through the use of multiple accounts, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
- Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit of Rs 2,000 per spin or round applies unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Right to Modify: td7772 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.
Section 08
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the td7772 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:
- Random Number Generators: All td7772 casino games and slots use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by td7772 or any third party.
- Bet Acceptance: td7772 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, td7772 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. td7772's decision in such matters is final.
- Disconnections: td7772 is not responsible for losses sustained as a result of player-side internet disconnections. Players should ensure they have a stable connection before placing bets.
- Sports Betting: All sports and cricket betting markets are subject to td7772's sportsbook rules, including settlement rules, in-play rules, and void bet policies as communicated within the sportsbook section of the platform.
Section 09
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the td7772 platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
- Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not arise in normal gameplay. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug must be reported to td7772 and will be void.
- Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity through the td7772 platform.
- Facilitating access to the td7772 platform for any person under the age of 21 or any person subject to a self-exclusion restriction.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform, other players' experience, or td7772's operations, including attempts to hack, access restricted areas, or intercept platform data.
Section 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the td7772 platform — including but not limited to the td7772 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of td7772 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the td7772 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content without td7772's prior written consent.
- Create derivative works based on td7772's intellectual property.
- Use td7772's brand name or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or association without express written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the td7772 platform.
Any unauthorised use of td7772 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by td7772.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td7772's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
td7772 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or winnings, arising from your use of the platform.
- Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
- Service interruptions, maintenance periods, or platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
- Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners whose performance is beyond td7772's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit td7772's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Section 12
Account Termination & Suspension
td7772 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which td7772 may take such action include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
- A valid self-exclusion request by the account holder.
- Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable compliance review. Where an account is closed due to breach, td7772 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
You may close your account at any time by contacting td7772 customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. You will receive confirmation of closure by email. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
Section 13
Dispute Resolution
td7772 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your td7772 account, game outcome, payment, or bonus, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute via td7772 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references).
- Step 2 — Internal Review: td7772's customer support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 14 days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with td7772's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to td7772's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified under our international gaming licence. Details of the ADR body are available on request from our support team.
During the dispute resolution process, the disputed amount may be temporarily placed on hold in your account. All td7772 decisions made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable game rules shall be final in respect of gameplay disputes, subject to the ADR process described above.
Section 14
Responsible Gaming
td7772 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both td7772 and all registered players:
- 21+ Only: td7772 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 for all players. CNIC verification is mandatory and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into force.
- Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. td7772 will notify you when you approach your set loss limit and will prevent further wagering once the limit is reached.
- Session Reminders: td7772 provides optional session time reminders that alert players after a specified period of continuous play.
- Self-Exclusion: Any player who wishes to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: The platform may display periodic reality check notifications reminding players of their session duration and net wagering position.
If you believe your gambling has become a problem, please use the self-exclusion tools in your account settings or contact our support team immediately. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.
Section 15
Amendments to These Terms
td7772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, td7772 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated terms on the td7772 website and, where reasonably practicable, notifying registered players by email.
Your continued use of the td7772 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, unless the amendment giving rise to the dispute was applied without proper notice, in which case the prior version shall apply.
Section 16
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which td7772 holds its international gaming licence.
Nothing in this clause shall limit td7772's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of td7772 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and td7772 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
